We present comprehensive Full Day Booking Event Packages to streamline the event planning process.
Our Event Packages Include a 12-Hour Event Rental Block. You will be able to get the Venue at 12pm for you or your vendors to set-up prior to the event starting. You can purchase additional set-up hours for $75/Hour if you need the venue earlier, and you can extend your event by 1 hour past midnight for $395.
Definitely! Our venue specializes in Space, Sound, and Lighting. You can bring your own food/catering options. The Corkage Fee is if you will be serving Alcohol at your event. Alcohol can not be sold and must be served by a licensed Bartender.
No, we only have 1 event per day. Regardless of the size of your event and the amount of rooms you are using. If you have 200-250 Guests, then the Upstairs Balcony Area has to be rented to accommodate your guests. That is an additional $695 Charge.
Great question! We believe in a “Build Your Own Event” approach with our bookings. Each event will have standard ambiance lighting with 1 or 2 color schemes. However, we can bring in a Lighting Technician that can customize your event for $250. We also have an Elevate Decor Package for $1,200 that includes a White Dance Floor, Black Pipe and Drapes behind your Decor Backdrop, and Stage Risers with stairs on each side that will create an elevated area for your guests to take pictures/cut the cake.
