Time and guests

How long do we get the venue?

9 hours of the whole venue, and up to 5 of those hours are your event. The rest is for your vendors to set up before and clean up after. An extra event hour is $695 and an extra setup hour is $250.

How many guests can we have?

Up to 200. Your final guest count is due 7 days before the event.

Do you host more than one event a day?

No. One event a day, so the hall, the lobby and the restrooms are only yours.

Is my date open?

We answer that on your walkthrough, with the calendar in front of us. Book a walkthrough and our team gets in touch to set a time.

Prices and payments

What does it cost?

Friday $3,995, Saturday $4,995, Sunday $2,995, for 9 hours of the whole venue and up to 200 guests. A Sunday on a three-day weekend is charged at the Saturday rate. For a Monday to Thursday event, ask us on your walkthrough. Add-ons are priced on the pricing page.

How do payments work?

50% of your total locks your date. The other 50% is due 30 days before your event. Payment plans are available.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes, $500. It is paid before the event and returned after it when there is no damage.

Can we change our event?

Changes are allowed up to 90 days before the event, for $950.

What if we cancel?

The 50% date payment and the $500 security deposit are not refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the rest of your contract total is still owed.

Is sales tax included?

Any tax that applies is shown on your proposal before you sign.

Food, drink and vendors

Can we bring our own food or caterer?

Yes. Bring the caterer you like, or your family's cooking.

Can we serve alcohol?

Yes, poured by a licensed and insured bartender that you hire.

Do we need security?

Yes. Security is provided by you, the renter.

Do we need event insurance?

Yes. The renter provides event insurance. The exact coverage we ask for is in your proposal.

Can we bring our own DJ, decorator and photographer?

Yes. They set up during your setup hours. If you would like us to film it, the photo and video package is on the pricing page.

The room

What comes with the venue?

Round tables and up to 150 gold chiavari chairs, the DJ-ready sound system and the venue lighting system, plus the whole main hall, the lobby and the restrooms for 9 hours. The upstairs room and balcony are an add-on.

Is there an elevator?

No. The hall, lobby and restrooms are on the ground floor. The upstairs room and balcony are up a flight of stairs.

Do you provide linen?

No. Linen isn't provided, so bring your own or have your decorator or a rental company bring it.

Can we upgrade the chairs?

Yes. Clear chiavari chairs replace the gold ones for $3 a chair, up to 150 chairs.

Can we change the lighting?

The venue lighting is set to one or two colors of your choice. For your own scenes, uplights and effects through the night, add the custom lighting package and a lighting designer runs it.

Can we decorate?

Yes. Balloon walls, backdrops, florals and draping all go up during your setup hours. Ask us about confetti, haze and open flames before you plan them.

What about cleaning?

Leave the room as you found it and there is nothing more to pay. If extra cleaning is needed, it starts at $350 and rises with how the venue is left.

Will RRB film our event?

The rental agreement includes RRB's right to film the event. We go over the agreement with you before you sign.
