Tables and chairs
Round tables and up to 150 gold chiavari chairs. Linen isn't provided.
Sound system
DJ-ready. Your DJ brings the music and plugs straight in.
Lighting system
Stage lights over the whole floor, set to one or two colors you pick.

Up to 5 hours of party. The rest is for your vendors to set up and clean up.

Seated dinner with the dance floor still open.
Just your party
We book one event a day, so the hall, lobby and restrooms are all yours.

A $500 security deposit. You get it back after the party if nothing's damaged.
Payment plans are available. Changes are allowed up to 90 days before the event for $950. If you cancel, the date payment and the deposit are not refunded, and cancelling within 30 days of the event means the rest of the total is still owed.

What does it cost?
Friday $3,995, Saturday $4,995, Sunday $2,995, for 9 hours of the whole venue and up to 200 guests. A Sunday on a three-day weekend is charged at the Saturday rate. For a Monday to Thursday event, ask us on your walkthrough. Add-ons are priced on the pricing page.
How do payments work?
50% of your total locks your date. The other 50% is due 30 days before your event. Payment plans are available.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, $500. It is paid before the event and returned after it when there is no damage.
Can we change our event?
Changes are allowed up to 90 days before the event, for $950.
What if we cancel?
The 50% date payment and the $500 security deposit are not refunded. If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the rest of your contract total is still owed.
Is sales tax included?
Any tax that applies is shown on your proposal before you sign.
